SHIPPING POLICY
We ensure zero breakage, spillage in
transit by transporting our glass jars in specially made highly
protective boxes.
In spite of the above precautions if a
breakage or a loss happens in transit,
we take full responsibility of it and will issue a replacement shipment or a
refund within two working days of the complaint after due verification.
Some
of our products (hand-loom, snacks, food items )are handmade and made to order condition,
on that case it may take 20-30 days or we will update you via email the
tentative date of delivery of these products.
WE are committed to deliver
your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in
express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 24 working hours once
the order payment is realized, except on weekend or on public holidays or
reasons due to unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances. We deliver to all the
locations across the globe* through our shipping partner. Our shipping partner
shall be responsible for delivering your order in your location and the user
shall have to abide by terms and conditions of the shipping partner while we
prioritize delivery of our customer orders and ensure that the order reaches on
time in perfect condition. We will not be held responsible for any delay/loss
of the order due to unavoidable circumstances.
Our shipping partner’s
policy, three attempts will be made to deliver the order at the specific
location provided by the customer (location specific). In case the customer is
not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, "Kulya
Retail" shall not be responsible for any loss caused herein.
In case an order is lost/ damaged in transit, "Kulya Retail" liability
shall be limited to the price of the product.
Important
Information
Order cut-off times are
provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays
caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the
product is ready. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and
commence from the date of dispatch. We are unable to redirect orders once items
have been dispatched.
Sometimes, delivery may take
longer due to reasons beyond our control like bad weather, political
disruptions or any other unforeseen circumstances
